We provide assistance managing and overseeing your project and outlining your transaction options as well as data protection. We will explain the likely process, the timing and the costs. We can introduce the necessary professional advisers and help with anything from their selection, scope of work and cost estimates. We will be your point person in London if you are abroad, making sure things are running to plan. In short – we will get you where you want to be more efficiently and without unnecessary surprises.

People

We advise on all people issues in business, including Human Resources, employment law, training and development, and business people strategy. At TandonHildebrand, all our HR advice includes employment law advice.

International

If you are from outside the UK, a multinational business or an employer with an international work force, we are able to assist you in areas such as international employment and staffing issues, M&A, corporate finance and doing business in the UK.

Our fees

No billable hour. We do not base fees on time. We have no hourly rates and we do not record our time.

We agree our fees with clients at the outset of working together. The fees will be based on urgency, expertise and the value of risk. Ultimately, our relationships are based on mutual trust and respect.

Destination and not journey at TandonHilderband, our fees are for achieving our client’s objectives. Our fees are not concerned with how long it will take us to achieve those or how we achieve them.
