TandonHildebrand was founded in 2018 by Tania Tandon and Richard Hildebrand, who share more than 50 years’ experience delivering legal, employment and corporate advice in the UK and internationally.
British born and raised Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the City as a corporate and corporate finance specialist. His experience includes advising on domestic and international M&A (public and private), shareholder arrangements and Stock Exchange listings and fundraisings, including AIM, across a range of sectors. Richard draws from his in-depth knowledge of deals, his professional advisers network and business interest to assist clients attain goals efficiently and without compromising their ongoing business as well as mediating between management to resolve board/partnership disputes. With many years as a senior partner with management experience, Richard also assists businesses and individuals with strategy and conflict matters. In addition to legal advice Richard also project manages corporate transactions by assembling the most suited team of advisers for the type of deal, ensuring fees are in line with expectations and timelines are met cutting through jargon and saving client management time.

Her international background and subsequent 20+ years working with international employment law and human resources in the UK gives her a deep understanding of the workplace and the challenges in managing multinational work forces in single locations and across borders. Tania’s specialisms include employee relations issues, re-organisations, board disputes, litigation, executive incentive schemes and restrictive covenants.

With an emphasis on assisting corporates, both nationally and internationally, she has in depth experience of advising on all employment law and HR matters. Carly has developed a focus on business and people reorganisations, growing businesses and evolving work forces.

She specialises in mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, capital markets, commercial contracts and ethics and compliance policies and procedures. She also provides practical and commercial advice to both domestic and international companies operating in various industries including energy, mining, chemical, aircraft engine and defence.
Püren is a qualified Turkish lawyer with a Master’s degree in International Financial Law from King’s College London.

His Final Year Research Project explored viable relationships between Employment Law and Environmental Law which led him to the evolving concept of Just Transitions of the UK economy. He assists the Employment, Corporate and International practice areas of the firm, as he aims to fulfil his Qualifying Work Experience criteria to become a Qualified Solicitor.
